These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hooked platform. Please read them carefully. By using Hooked, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using Hooked, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
  • We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Account Registration

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

Acceptable Use

  • You may use Hooked only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • You may not post false, misleading, or fraudulent catch data.
  • You may not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
  • You may not use automated tools to scrape or collect data without permission.

User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you post (catches, photos, comments).
  • By posting content, you grant Hooked a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Tournament Rules

  • Tournament entries must be genuine catches made during the tournament period.
  • Photo proof is required for all tournament submissions.
  • Falsifying catch data in tournaments may result in permanent account suspension.
  • Tournament prizes are subject to verification and may be withheld pending review.

Intellectual Property

  • The Hooked platform, logo, and all original content are owned by Hooked and protected by copyright.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
  • User-generated content remains the property of the respective users.

Disclaimers

  • Hooked is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of fishing spot data, weather information, or species guides.
  • We are not responsible for any fishing regulations — always check local laws before fishing.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Security.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
